We all want to be motivated look confident and embrace life to the fullest.
But what few of us know, that it’s not that hard we just have to first of all get rid of our negative thoughts.
The other day a work colleague asked me why am I always in a good mood and My reply was:"I choice to be" ,well she looked at me in a strange way and passed me I decided not to elaborate on that because, I than left a question in her mind of, what does she mean by that?
We are not supposed to be changed by the situation but instead we should change the situation itself.
How one sees the cup is what matters for you to change it, is it half full or half empty and that determines your perspective on life.
By my prediction my colleague came to my work station and told me she now understands what I meant after giving careful thought.
It means from my point of view we have a choice when we stand up in the morning to be happy or grumpy that day, and when you run late or something happened not planned we still have the right to choice happy chappy or grumpy monkey depends on you.
